Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Standard delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $49; for orders below that, a flat standard shipping rate of $3.99 applies. Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns; where the return is due to our error, we cover the cost. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. You may request cancellation within 48 hours of placing an order, subject to its fulfillment status and not guaranteed once processing has begun. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery, will be resolved at no additional cost to you, and this reporting window does not shorten any rights you have under applicable law. These matters are further governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
